Approach
I conceptualize Non-Prescriptive Boys as not fitting any preconception, mold, or formula (i.e., prescription) that has been traditionally ascribed to the normal development of boys. This is because they have inherited genes that make them susceptible to non-supportive environments due to their brain plasticity and sensitive neurobiology which in turn makes them more intelligent and creative. My work is driven by research suggesting that there is nothing wrong with these children, and instead of forcing them to exist in a world which was not designed for them, I guide parents to curate an environment and relational experiences that support the needs of Non-Prescriptive Boys.
